Customer Return Note
Please complete all required sections. Any request for a returns authorisation will normally be considered within 48 hours of receipt of a properly completed form. If the return is approved under our returns policy and procedure, a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RAN
RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES - Important Notes:
- Requests for return may only be made within 30 Days of receipt in the case of Refurbished/Used Equipment or within 90 Days of receipt for all New Equipment
- Damaged/Incomplete or Incorrect Parts supplied must be advised within 2 Working Days
- If equipment is returned to us and deemed to be 'Unjustified' a restocking fee of 25% + carriage will be charged. 'Unjustified' is deemed to be but not limited to as follows:
- Product incorrectly ordered/not required
- Product/packaging not returned in a resaleable/original condition
- Chiltern unable to find or verify fault reported
- Where fault or damage is deemed to be as a result of customer actions (eg Hardware/software configuration, incorrect handling/installation, etc)
- All Returns Authorisation Numbers (RAN) will only be valid for ten working days. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all equipment is returned to Chiltern IT within that timescale for evaluation
- Replacement parts will be sent to customers as per the original delivery instructions
